You may be wondering why there’s a dandelion in my new logo.

There are a few reasons behind it.

I love the visual of the dandelion seeds floating away in the wind.

One intentional breath, a wish to change is all it takes to set things in motion.

This beautiful visual mirrors the releasing that occurs in my work.

Every session, every pain or block that is let go, shifts and changes the everyday realities of my clients and their families, often their communities and beyond as well.

Here are some fun facts about dandelions you may not know:

- Every part of the dandelion is useful: root, leaves, flower. It can be used for food, medicine and dye for coloring.

- Seed can travel 8 kilometers (5 miles) before it finally reaches the ground.

- The dandelion is the only flower that represents the 3 celestial bodies of the sun, moon and stars. The yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moon and the dispersing seeds resemble the stars.

Dandelions are, quite possibly, the most successful plants that exist, masters of survival worldwide!

Luckily, we all have the power to make our wishes reality!

As a result of pandemic regulations my office is indefinitely closed. I do offer remote sessions in small windows of time while my 2 young kids are home.
