What is Healing?

In recent months I've been going through a lot of personal development and healing, so I can be the person I want to be.

Healing is such a funny word, isn't it? There are so many meanings to it, yet it might feel meaningless to some. To me, healing is simply an opportunity to take a close look at something, be it a physical, emotional, or mental issue, uncover what's underlying it so it can then have the opportunity to shift. It's about allowing. When we push against something, when we fight something, we get more stuck. When we come to it with an open mind we can almost just sit back and watch it change right on the spot. Healing is about being open to the possibility of change for the better.

As a result of pandemic regulations my office is indefinitely closed. I do offer remote sessions in small windows of time while my 2 young kids are home.
